Living a soul-led life is not something everyone talks about, and even fewer truly understand what it means. From my experience, it is about “following your heart.” That idea can sound easy—especially to those who grew up feeling supported, safe, and emotionally nurtured. But for many of us, that was not our reality.
It certainly wasn’t mine.

I come from a very challenging childhood environment. I was highly driven and high-achieving in sports, attended university, and later walked away when it no longer aligned with who I was becoming. My first professional experience was a nine-month unpaid placement working at a school reception desk. The expectations were high, the support was low, and the work drained me emotionally—to the point where I sometimes cried.
I lacked support from my family, especially from my father. I worked relentlessly across different jobs and career paths, always searching for something that felt right—something that would finally work. It never truly did.
I started multiple projects and businesses and pushed myself to extremes. At one point, I invested deeply in therapy and trained as a therapist myself, yet I still couldn’t fully step into that role. I spent hundreds of hours studying and learning, always trying to force things to fit. I questioned why nothing felt aligned.
Along the way, I explored countless paths: business, marketing, website creation, book writing, jewelry making, art, photography. I am a mother of two beautiful children. I have worked as a cook, cleaner, waitress in a high-end hotel, professional photographer, and content writer. I know how to build professional websites and write blogs. I have truly tried.
I also spent years rescuing friends and partners, giving more than I received. Through this journey, I encountered many healing practices—and because of lived experience, I can genuinely tell what works and what doesn’t. If this is not a soul-led life, then I don’t know what is.
At the same time, my personal relationships mirrored the same pattern: misalignment, lack of support, and confusion. For a long time, nothing made sense.
What I now understand is this:
I have always been highly sensitive and energetically aware. I naturally operate at a higher frequency, but I continuously lowered my energy to match my surroundings—environments that were never aligned with who I truly was. This caused deep exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, and constant inner conflict.
As a teenager, with no one to talk to, I intuitively turned to nature for emotional release—hugging trees, grounding myself, and finding safety where I could. Looking back, this was an early expression of my healing abilities.
Today, I am finally recognizing and fully accepting my gifts as a healer and lightworker. This realization is powerful—but it is not easy. Stepping into your soul purpose requires releasing old identities, outdated roles, and energetic patterns that no longer serve you.
Recently, I made the difficult but necessary decision to leave a job I could no longer stay in without compromising my energy and wellbeing. Once you become deeply aware of energy—your own and others’—there is no way back.
What comes next is full alignment.
My Purpose
My soul purpose is to support others through deep transformation by:
- Helping you recognize unconscious patterns and attachments
- Clearing energetic blocks that keep you stuck
- Guiding you toward your highest, most aligned timeline
- Supporting you as you step into your true gifts and create life from that place
This path requires courage. You will need to say goodbye to old versions of yourself. Old energies, identities, and belief systems must be released in order to move forward.
But you do not have to do it alone.
If you feel called to transform, realign, and live from a deeper, more authentic place, I am here to support you through these energetic shifts. This work is not just what I do—it is who I am.
If you’re ready, reach out.
I look forward to guiding you into your next phase of transformation.
