Pay attention to your dominant thoughts over the next few days and make a habit of writing them down. As you become more aware of these thoughts, observe the emotions associated with them. This exercise will help you understand your vibrational state more deeply.
Notice how frequently you experience happiness compared to other, less favorable emotional states. Approach this exploration with curiosity and without self-judgment. It’s important to recognize that everyone is where they are in their journey, but the goal is to shift from lower vibrational states.
Throughout this week, I will provide you with tools and resources to assist in this transformation. Be patient with yourself, as this process is for those who are ready to consciously elevate their lives.
