It Is Time to Create Change Differently

Many leaders in business today are still creating change through a predominantly masculine lens:
drive harder, lead relentlessly, take action every day—no matter the consequences.

Build fast. Push more. Do not stop.

But that era is coming to an end.

People are exhausted.

The energy in offices is draining. Morale is low.
Employees feel disempowered, yet they wear polite smiles and say, “I’m good, thank you,” when asked how they are—while inside, they are depleted.

After fifty-hour work weeks spent sitting at a computer or working in businesses that no longer align with their values, resentment quietly builds.
Anger remains unexpressed. Vital energy fades.

There is no time left for a walk after work—it’s already dark.
Children need to be picked up from after-school care.
Dinner comes from the freezer, reheated quickly.
Evenings end with scrolling through social media, absorbing more aggressive, achievement-driven content—before collapsing into sleep.

People are not lazy.
They are burned out.
They are lost.

So what is wrong?

We have been sold a lie.

A system was created that prioritizes productivity over people, speed over sustainability, and survival over vitality.
It disconnects us from ourselves—and then asks us to perform as if everything is fine.

But now, it is time for change.

It is time to choose yourself.

To find the courage to be honest with yourself.
To choose work that empowers rather than drains you.
To engage in activities that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
To set boundaries with people and systems that do not treat you with respect.

It is time to speak your truth.
To step into your power.
To remember your worth.

Now is the time to protect your energy.

Choose self-care.
Choose self-love.
Learn to respect yourself—not as a concept, but as a daily practice.

Meditate.
Slow down.
Surround yourself with people who uplift your vision and support your growth.
Learn how to nurture your life force—because everything begins there.

True change starts within.

And from that place of embodiment, these qualities can be brought into the workplace:
balance instead of burnout,
presence instead of pressure,
creativity instead of survival.

We are here to create on this planet—
but not from exhaustion.

We are here to create from pleasure, purpose, and alignment.
From wholeness, not depletion.

You have the power to begin this shift.
Within yourself first.

And from there, the world will follow.
