It is the act of discovering the unwanted stories you have been living, releasing them, and realigning with new, desired outcomes—outcomes that are lighter, loving, and kind to yourself and those around you. This process leads to truly embodying more of the light of who you are at your core and reconnecting with the love and light of your Divine Self.
Throughout the ascension journey, there is much to acknowledge and many inner tests to move through. While the process can be challenging, it is profoundly worthwhile. We are divine beings, and the time has come to begin living fully as such on planet Earth.
During ascension, we encounter many obstacles. Often these challenges are hidden, yet we receive glimpses and insights along the way. One of the clearest signs that you are in the ascension process is experiencing discomfort while simultaneously recognizing a deep desire for change.
Each soul awakens differently. Some are triggered into awakening through intense or difficult life circumstances, while others experience a gradual and gentle unfolding. Neither path is easier nor harder—ascension is an individual journey of self-discovery.
Some patterns are easier to recognize, while others are deeply embedded in the subconscious mind or stored within the body. These may stem from generational trauma, early life experiences, or even past-life imprints. Facing these inner challenges requires courage, honesty, and support.
