Self-Support in Challenging Times

As we move through periods of deep inner change and ascension, emotional patterns may rise to the surface. This is a natural process, inviting greater self-awareness, compassion, and presence.

Before reacting—whether toward a partner, children, or yourself—pause. Recognise that something is emerging within you and asking to be acknowledged.

Turn inward and focus on your breath. Slow it down. Allow yourself to feel what is present.

Connecting with nature can be deeply supportive. Walking, running, or simply being outdoors helps regulate the nervous system and creates space for emotional processing. After running, jumping, shaking the body, and practicing deep, conscious breathing, the body is better able to release stored emotional energy.

There is an old understanding that anger and unprocessed emotions are not obstacles—they are signals. They are energies seeking release from the system. Gentle self-massage, especially of the arms and shoulders, further supports calming the nervous system. Allow tears if they arise; this is a natural and healthy release.

When emotions are allowed to move through the body, the internal storm often settles more quickly than expected.

Self-awareness is essential. Energetic release through movement is equally important, as energy must be discharged from the body to restore balance.

Please be patient with yourself. Trust the process. All is well.
