A Reflection on Growth, Change, and Stepping Into Purpose

The year 2025 was filled with many challenges for me. At the time, it felt intense and at times overwhelming. Today, I understand why. It became a profound stepping stone—one that guided me into fully embracing my role as a lightworker and energy healing practitioner.

Throughout my life, I have naturally held space for others with unconditional compassion—always forgiving, accepting, and often giving more than I received. For a long time, I placed others’ needs before my own. However, last year my soul began calling for that same level of care, presence, and respect for myself.

2025 required deep change. I had to say goodbye to people, environments, and commitments that no longer aligned with my energy—not because I wanted to, but because it was necessary. Ignoring these inner signals would have led to physical and emotional imbalance. Many people do not fully understand what we experience during times of planetary and collective energetic shifts, yet I had been aware of these changes for years, quietly doing my inner work—releasing, transforming, and integrating.

At a certain point, my intuition became unmistakably clear. I was guided to let go of a job, step back from certain roles, and create distance from situations that no longer supported my growth. This was not a choice—it was a deep inner knowing. Now, I understand why.

My energy is stronger and clearer than ever. I am deeply intuitive, able to sense subtle energies and receive guidance that allows me to support others with ease. This journey has strengthened my ability to help shift and harmonize energy—not only for myself, but for those who feel called to work with me.
