Returning to the Heart: The Journey of the Awakened Soul

The journey of the awakened soul is a return from ego to the heart, from the conditioned mind into the living space of connection with all that is—God-consciousness, love, light, and peace. For many of us, the mind has been deeply conditioned, constantly recreating stories from past experiences and convincing us that these narratives are who we are. Over time, this creates a limited life field filled with restriction, fear, shame, and guilt. These patterns have often been reinforced through religious teachings, school systems, and social conditioning, subtly teaching us to stay small, quiet, and disconnected from our true power.

Our family systems play a significant role in this journey as well. Many of us incarnated into families that were unable to show us what true, unconditional love feels like. This is not spoken with blame, but with compassion. Our ancestors, too, were living lives shaped by pain, trauma, and disconnection. They did the best they could with the awareness they had, and for this, I forgive them. Forgiveness allows the cycle to end with us and opens the doorway back to ourselves.

Returning to the heart means something very real and embodied. Many humans have completely forgotten how to feel the center of their heart and how to live from that space. Through my own awakening and ascension process, I have been privileged to deeply reconnect with this center. Connecting with the heart and with God has become my first nature. What I experience now is a sense of guidance flowing naturally—through my writing, my conversations, and my work with clients. My heart has become the navigator, and my mind has become the receiver of information. When we live this way, life feels aligned, supported, and deeply real.

Fear often arises on this path. Fear is a construct of the mind, originally designed to protect us from danger, and in many situations it still serves that purpose well. Yet within the matrix systems of control, fear has been overused and amplified to keep people disempowered, powerless, and disconnected from their soul’s evolution. The ego, too, believes it is protecting us by keeping us within what feels emotionally safe, but this protection often becomes another trap, preventing growth and expansion.

Rather than fighting fear, we can meet it with awareness and gratitude. We can look fear in the eyes and say, “Thank you for trying to protect me.” Then we choose something higher. Love is infinite, while the ego is small and temporary. Love is eternal, while the ego survives by repeating old stories. When we acknowledge fear without allowing it to lead, we reconnect with the most powerful center within us—our higher heart. This heart is expansive, loving, compassionate, forgiving, and wise beyond measure.

By living from this space, we begin to heal our relationship with ourselves, release old wounds and karmic patterns, shift our frequency, and step fully into authenticity. We learn to work consciously with cosmic and creative energies, becoming vessels for good and carriers of light. This transformation does not only affect our own lives; it ripples outward, anchoring new grids of peace, love, and harmony into the collective field.

Choose your heart and connect with it every day. If you feel called and need support on this path, I am here. I have been on my awakening journey for quite some time and know how to gently guide you in discovering blocks, resistance, and the parts of you that are ready to be seen, healed, and integrated. When you are ready, reach out—your heart already knows the way.
