Taking these steps is a powerful move towards personal growth.
I want to remind you that I’m here to help you shift your mindset and guide you into spaces that will bring positive change. This first week’s challenge was all about self-awareness. The purpose was to help you recognize areas in your life that feel uncomfortable or out of alignment with joy, passion, or fun.
You may be experiencing emotions that don’t resonate with your true self, emotions you’d rather not feel—and that’s okay.
I completely understand what you’re going through, and I’m right here with you. Take a deep breath. Instead of rejecting or judging yourself, offer yourself some love and kindness. Give yourself a mental hug—you’re in the right place.

As we move into the next week, we’ll explore the opposite of those unwanted emotions. We’ll dive into feelings you want to connect with, such as joy, gratitude, and abundance. Our focus will be on shifting your mindset by recognizing what you’re grateful for and connecting with that energy. This will help you welcome more abundance into your life.
